I have my watch set to beep every hour so I can take a moment to just btherae and center. I do this for a couple minutes during my breaks at work, and have begun taking a minute or two before I eat lunch to this. Lunch has gone from a rushed affair of reading, eating, and rushing to get in as long a walk as possible, to driving to a nearby park, stopping to relax, leasurly eat, then go for a stroll. I swear my lunch hour feels half an hour longer. It's the best thing I ever tried.
